On 7/10/18 the new warehouse insurance underwriter directed that there be no public business operating from the Evans Feed warehouse in which the C Street Auction House was located. Therefore, the 8/16/18 Auction by Jim Christen Auctions was the last public auction at the C Street Auction House.
